Issue of Notorial Certificate and Registration
Our attorneys will attend to registration of your Antenuptial contract. (SPACE) Upon receipt of your original signed documents, they will appear before a Notary Public on your behalf to execute your contract in terms of the Special Power of Attorney that you have signed.
You will then be furnished with a notarial letter to confirm to the marriage officiant that you have entered into an Antenuptial Contract.
Your Antenuptial contract will be lodged and registered in the Deeds Office and we will confirm the registration thereof in an email. The original registered Antenuptial contract will be sent to you via registered post upon receipt thereof from the Deeds Office. This usually takes approximately 2 to 3 months due to the registration process at the Deeds Office.
